Residential Lease: $250.00
This lease is drafted by me and designed to include best practices for both landlords and tenants. My strategy is to avoid conflict before it starts. I structure my lease as a guide for the entire tenancy and a one-stop place to find answers to most questions.
Negotiation with your landlord/tenant: $1,000.00
Most attorneys charge an hourly rate, meaning you'll never know what your final bill is. I am happy to provide a limited representation to try and resolve your problem. This flat rate includes a letter and follow up phone calls to your landlord or tenant to resolve the dispute. I can advise you on the law and provide guidance for how to proceed. This fee does not include representation before any court.
Small Claims Court: $350.00
In many landlord/tenant disputes, the amount of money involved simply is not enough to hire an attorney. This makes small claims court an excellent option for resolving the problem. I can't represent you in small claims court, but I can guide you through the process, provide you with a checklist of everything you need to do, help you with the paperwork and provide a one-hour coaching session to prepare you for court.
